· Loft/wall insulation documentation or receipts

· Boiler/heating system documentation or receipts

The survey will take approximately 1hr on average depending on property size

We advise that photography will take place at your home during the survey. This is for auditing purposes only as required by our accredited body. If you feel uncomfortable with the use of photography at your home at any time please do not hesitate to inform the assessor.

Typical pictures will include

· Front and rear or your property

· Any extensions/porches

· Boilers/heating controls

· Loft insulation

Images stored in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998
