He has a background in construction as well as being an experienced ISO 9001 quality auditor Brian D Spernaes FTC(cons) Brian has over 40 years experience in the construction industry and was a former lecture in Building Science at Llandaff Technical College (now University of Wales Institute , Cardiff) where he gained Technical qualifications in Construction at HE level. He has also had vast experience of site supervision and housing construction as well as planning and building his own property |
